TeamFlow helps companies manage clock-ins, shifts, leave, and team invitations. We process the data required to provide the service, maintain security, and support operational compliance.
Data we process
User account, organization, role, clock-in and clock-out records, leave requests, assigned shifts, invitations, basic device technical data, and communications submitted through the commercial contact form.
Purpose
We use this data to authenticate users, enforce permissions, record work activity, show role-appropriate operational information, export records when requested by an authorized manager, and answer contact requests.
Access model
Information access is limited by organization and role. Employees only see what they need for daily use; admins and owners manage data for their organization.
Retention
We keep data while the organization uses TeamFlow and for the periods needed for support, security, audit, or applicable legal compliance.
Processors and providers
TeamFlow uses infrastructure and authentication providers, including Supabase, to host the database, authentication, and backend functions.
Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or objection by contacting support. If you use TeamFlow through your company, some requests may require validation with the organization administrator.
